Overview
Concorde Distribution Systems is a London-based LTL carrier operating a mixed fleet of day-cab tractors and dry-van trailers across Southern Ontario. We're adding a licensed 310T Truck & Coach Technician to our in-house shop team — someone who knows diesel inside-out and isn't afraid to get into trailer work when the schedule demands it.
We are looking for someone to work a Wednesday - Sunday shift as our fleet needs maintanance done over the weekends when units are not on the road.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on a fleet of tractors, straight trucks and dry-van trailers
- Service and overhaul Cummins ISB and ISL diesel engines — fuel systems, cooling, turbos, egr/dpf
- Conduct and document Ontario Annual Safety Inspections (MTO-compliant)
- Trailer repairs: brake systems, air lines, DOT lighting, flooring, doors and hardware
- Diagnose air brake systems, S-cam and disc, wheel-end and suspension components
- Perform transmission, driveline, and differential service
- Use Cummins INSITE and other OEM diagnostic software for fault diagnosis and parameter calibration
- Complete work orders accurately — parts used, labour time, and findings documented
- Communicate repair status and parts needs to the shop lead or fleet manager
- Maintain a clean and organized bay; follow all shop safety protocols
Qualifications — Required
- Valid Ontario 310T Truck & Coach Technician licence
- Demonstrated experience with Cummins ISB / ISL engine families
- Proven trailer repair capability (brakes, air, lights, structural)
- Air Brake (Z) endorsement
- Proficiency with Cummins INSITE or equivalent diagnostic tooling
- Strong working knowledge of FMVSS / CVSA inspection standards
- Ability to read and interpret OEM service manuals and wiring diagrams
- Valid Ontario G driver's licence (DZ or AZ is a significant asset)
Nice to Have
- Experience with Eaton Fuller / UltraShift transmissions
- Familiarity with Hendrickson or Holland suspension systems
- Experience with Thermo King or Carrier reefer units (not required but valued)
- Previous shop role at an LTL carrier, fleet shop, or dealership
Pay: $31.00-$48.00 per hour
