Clean Beast Cleaning Services Inc. is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Commercial Site Caretaker to join our growing team.
This position goes beyond traditional cleaning duties. The successful candidate will act as our eyes and ears on-site and play an important role in maintaining strong communication with supervisors and property managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily litter and debris pick-up throughout the property
- Emptying garbage and recycling bins
- Removal of bird droppings, gum, and minor oil spills
- Occasional cleaning of biohazards such as human fecal matter
- Cleaning stairwells, exterior common areas, parkades, and loading areas
- Operating light equipment including:
- Backpack leaf blowers
- Pressure washers
- Identifying and reporting maintenance concerns, safety hazards, vandalism, graffiti, overflowing garbage, and other issues
Digital Reporting & Communication (Very Important)
This role requires excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Successful candidates must be comfortable with:
- Using a smartphone throughout the shift
- Taking clear before-and-after photos
- Completing digital reports and checklists
- Communicating professionally with supervisors and building managers
- Reporting issues immediately and accurately
- Working independently while maintaining consistent communication
Fluent spoken and written English is required.
Qualifications
- Previous commercial cleaning, caretaker, or property maintenance experience is preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, presentable properties
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically capable of walking large properties and performing light lifting
- Reliable and punctual

Pay: $19.50-$21.00 per hour

Experience:
- Commercial Cleaning: 2 years (preferred)
