Senior HVAC Installer / Service Technician
New Construction Retrofits Hydronics Heat Pumps
We are a growing and highly respected HVAC company specializing in new construction, retrofits, hydronic systems, and high-efficiency heat pump installations. We are looking for a skilled, motivated, and professional HVAC Super Tech — not a helper.
This is an opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, problem solving, and operating at a high level independently and within a team.
Requirements
- Valid G2 Gas Technician License
- Valid Driver’s License
- Strong heat pump installation experience
- Strong hydronics experience (highly valued / required)
- Ability to work independently and lead projects when needed
- Professional attitude and strong communication skills
Assets
- Ductwork / sheet metal experience
- Service and diagnostic experience
- Experience in both retrofit and new construction environments

- Maintain detailed “lobster notes” and job documentation
- Generate material and completion lists for projects
- Strong attention to detail and clean workmanship
- Ability to troubleshoot and think critically on-site
