Pay: $25–$27 per hour + commission
Ward Tirecraft Balzac is looking for an experienced Mobile Tire Technician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, providing excellent customer service and earning additional income through commission.
Responsibilities
- Perform mobile tire repairs, replacements and installations
- Respond to scheduled service calls and roadside emergencies
- Inspect tires and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements
- Operate and maintain a mobile service truck and tire equipment
- Complete service paperwork accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment
- Provide professional service to commercial and fleet customers
Qualifications
- Previous tire service experience is preferred
- Experience with commercial truck tires is an asset
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Able to safely lift and handle tires and equipment
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
- Available for occasional after-hours or emergency calls
Compensation and Benefits
- Base wage of $25–$27 per hour, based on experience
