Construction Foreman - Vegreville, AB
Our client is looking for a Foreman to join their growing construction team in the Vegreville region of Alberta. This established contractor has been delivering residential, commercial, and light industrial construction projects across Central Alberta for decades, earning a reputation for quality workmanship and reliable project execution.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a construction crew of approximately 3–5 workers on active job sites
- Coordinate daily activities with project managers, subcontractors, and site personnel
- Interpret and work from construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Perform site layout for building foundations, floor plans, and concrete work
- Ensure projects are completed according to schedule, quality standards, and safety requirements
- Complete a variety of carpentry tasks, including structural framing and finishing work
- Assist with concrete foundation construction and related forming activities
- Install exterior building components, including cladding systems
- Install windows, doors, and associated hardware

Qualifications
- Journeyman Carpenter certification a strong asset
- 3+ years of construction industry experience
- Experience leading or supervising construction crews
- Strong understanding of residential, commercial, or light industrial construction practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Proficiency in framing, finishing carpentry, and concrete work
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
