We are currently hiring an assembly line worker for an automotive manufacturing facility in Scarborough, ON. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment, ideal for candidates seeking long-term, stable employment with the opportunity to transition to a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
- Injection Moudling
- Heavy lifting involved 50 lbs
- Perform regular quality inspections to ensure parts meet production standards.
- Accurately place components within a 30-second production cycle.
- Maintain focus and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Stand and work for the full 8-hour shift.
- Follow all workplace safety guidelines and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Adapt to changing production needs and workflows.
Requirements
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or injection moulding is preferred.
- Experience in automotive or car door's production is an asset.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to perform repetitive hand motions and manual tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated to work long-term.
- Must be available for full-time work and both shift timings.
