Maintenance Technician (Day Shift)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability
- Diagnose issues and execute root-cause problem solving
- Support equipment installs, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
- Maintain systems like air compressors, pumps, and vacuum systems
- Document work and keep operations aligned with maintenance plans
- Keep your workspace—and the plant—safe, clean, and efficient
What You Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Experience in plastics/blow molding is a major plus
- Red Seal Millwright certification is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have your own tools
Work Environment
- Industrial setting with production equipment
- Physical role requiring standing, bending, lifting, and hands-on troubleshooting
- 24/7 operation with shift flexibility required
