Job Title: Heavy Duty Technician

Reports To: Branch Manager
The Technician will:
o Be paid competitive wages.

· Be familiar with tractors and equipment.
· Diagnose and repair customer, internal and warranty units.
· Recondition and repair equipment assigned by shop manager.
· Diagnose trouble and will plan methods in sequence of performing work required.
· Account for all time and materials used.
· Keep service manager advised as to how work is progressing.
· Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
· Maintain and care for shop tools and equipment assigned to them.
· Complete work orders with readable technician comments and details of all work done, serial numbers, hours etc…
· Report broken tools, shortages of supplies, etc.., as necessary to the service manager.
· Work with the service manager and shop supervisor in fulfilling the duties and responsibilities of their department.
· Promote loyalty and protect dealer image.
· Be capable of working together will all other staff members.
· Be required to work some Saturdays. Schedule to be determined on a monthly basis.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$45.00 per hour
