We are currently seeking a warm, organized, and compassionate Spa Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for someone with part-time weekday and weekend availability who enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences and is passionate about wellness.
As a unique wellness destination specializing in Halotherapy, Hydrotherapy, and a variety of detoxification therapies, every day offers an opportunity to support our guests on their wellness journey. What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a relaxing first impression.
- Book and manage appointments by phone, email, social media, and in person.
- Guide guests by providing information about our wellness services and treatments.
- Coordinate daily schedules, confirm appointments, and maintain accurate client records.
- Help maintain the cleanliness, organization, and peaceful atmosphere of the spa.
- Assist with additional day-to-day responsibilities as needed to support the team.
