Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations at our facility in Canada. This role is vital in ensuring efficient production processes that align with our company's commitment to quality and environmental responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Directly supervising production and warehouse activities and personnel
- Plan and coordinate shift operations based on the production schedule and ensure maximum and efficient use of manpower and machinery. Strong communication between management, production workers and other supervisors is critical.
- Monitor and address any Health and Safety concerns on the shift.
- Coordinate with shipping and receiving to ensure product is stored correctly.
- Supervise and monitor production staff to ensure quality levels are completed and maintain a high standard.
- Prepare and complete all production reports and records as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 Years supervisory experience in production environment
- Knowledge and experience in GMP
- Possess strong analytical, prioritization, problem solving and leadership skills
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Full time, 10 hour day shifts, Monday to Thursday,4:15 PM to 3:00 AM. Overtime may be required on Fridays as needed. Shift rotation may also be required for coverage.
