About the Role
As a Field Cleaning Technician, you'll perform our full range of exterior cleaning services: roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, and pressure washing. Experience or a background in roofing is an asset, but if you've got the work ethic and people skills, we'll train you on the rest.
This isn't just cleaning. You'll be the face of AnyWeather on every job — talking with homeowners, walking them through the work, and making sure they're thrilled with the result. People skills matter just as much as technical skills here.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform our full suite of cleaning services — roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing
- Communicate confidently and professionally with clients on-site, before, during, and after the job
- Represent AnyWeather with pride — safety, professionalism, and quality on every property
- Keep equipment, tools, and vehicles clean and job-ready
- Work solo and as part of a crew to get jobs done efficiently and safely
What We're Looking For
- Experience in roofing, exterior cleaning, or a related trade is a strong asset
- A genuine people person — someone who's comfortable talking to clients and making a great impression
- Hardworking, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable outdoors, on ladders, and on roofs
- Physically fit and ready for hands-on work
- Self-motivated with pride in doing things right
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
