Join Our Team as a Receptionist/Assistant at Yoon Clinic!
Yoon Clinic, located in the Burnaby Metrotown area, offers Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Active Rehab, Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) and Naturopathy services. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a bilingual (English/Korean) part-time or Full time receptionist to enhance our operations and provide an outstanding patient experience.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Korean (Mandarin is an asset).
- Minimum 2 years of post-secondary education.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, medical office, or receptionist role.
- Experience in a multidisciplinary clinic is a plus.
- Familiarity with JaneApp software is an asset.
- Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR).
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients while providing information about our services.
- Schedule appointments in-person and over the phone using our online booking system.
- Process payments, including insurance, ICBC, MSP, and extended health direct billing.
- Manage daily schedules and maintain clinic cleanliness.
- Monitor and respond to emails.
- Assist clinicians and handle office administration.
- Track and manage medical inventory.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email management.
- Strong time-management and problem-solving skills.
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced in sales.
Work Schedule:
- 2 days - 5days/week, 8-hour shifts per day
Salary: *based on experience and skillset, especitally with opportunity for performance-based wage review after probation.

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
