Job Summary

Some shifts start at 5AM and finishes as late as 8:30PM.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases in a courteous manner
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and returns
- Provide product demonstrations and explain features to customers interested in technology or other merchandise
- Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked appropriately
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent communication skills
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service
- Practice proper phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via digital communication
- Assist with inventory management and perform basic math calculations for transactions
Experience
- Prior experience in cashiering, or customer service is preferred; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic merchandising techniques is advantageous
- Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role
- Experience in technology sales or product demos can be beneficial for engaging customers interested in tech products
Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
