Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen and Brewhouse Lead to join the daily operations in our dynamic food and beverage environment. This role requires a strong understanding of food preparation, prioritization, time management and the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to food safety standards. As a key member of our team, you will ensure smooth kitchen and brewhouse operations while maintaining high-quality service and safety protocols.
Duties
- Participate in food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet quality standards while ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional service
- Manage food handling procedures in compliance with safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and brewhouse areas
- Ensure adherence to food safety guidelines and sanitation practices
- Collaborate with management to develop menu offerings and optimize operational efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of ingredients and supplies
- Assist with brewhouse tasks as required including but not limited to preparation of grains for brews, canning, kegging, stocking of beer for taproom.

Requirements
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in kitchen operations
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Prior experience working in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Training for brewhouse tasks will be provided
- Reliable, trustworthy, ability to work independently and as part of a team, take initiative to complete tasks
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions
- Passion for the food industry with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
Food handlers certificate is a requirement for this position
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 44 per week
