Department: Finance Reporting to: A/R Manager
Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, this position will provide essential administrative support to our Finance team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Send out credit/bank checks and maintain credit files
- Sort the mail and prepare deposits
- Respond to credit references from other suppliers and the credit group
- Send copies of invoices, free texts and statements
- Assist in opening and closing accounts
- Issue rebates and Free text credits
- Assist in processing promo orders
- Assist with posting when needed
- Filing
- Issue refunds for credit card customers monthly
- Provide any other required assistance or support to Clerks/Manager
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Completion of high school.
- Some secondary education with a business focus would be preferable.
- Office administration experience and familiarization with standard accounting concepts, practices and procedures would be seen as an asset.
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, teamwork and communication skills are required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $42,000.00-$47,000.00 per year
