Automotive Technician

Overview ** Email Resume to service@townandcountrychrysler.com or Apply In Store We at Town and Country Chrysler are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician as well as a Automotive Apprentice to join our busy Service Department Team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles. The ideal candidates will possess strong mechanical knowledge and have experience with automotive repair, ensuring that our customers receive top-quality service at each visit.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform thorough inspections and diagnostics on vehicles to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.</li><li>Execute automotive repairs including but not limited to engine work, brake systems, electrical systems, and suspension.</li><li>Document all customer pay and warranty repairs accordingly</li><li>Maintain accurate records of services performed on each vehicle.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with Service/ Parts Team and providing our customers with their best vehicle repair options .</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of all tasks while adhering to safety protocols.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest Jeep Ram Chrysler automotive technologies and repair techniques.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic in a dealership or similar environment is preferred.</li><li>Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret schematics related to automotive systems.</li><li>Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus.</li><li>Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during repairs and maintenance tasks.</li><li>Ability to work well as a team or individually with minimal supervision</li><li>Excellent time Management and organizational skills</li><li>Reynolds &amp; Reynolds experience is an asset</li></ul>What we offer<ul><li>Full time permanent position with competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Employee discounts</li><li>Health insurance Plan</li><li>Positive work environment with a Team orientated Management Support</li></ul>If you are passionate about automotive technology and committed to providing exceptional service come join our team!Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
