We are looking for a reliable, hardworking CNC Operator / Shop Assistant to join our cabinet shop team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and works well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machinery for cabinet components
- Edge band cabinet parts
- Sand and prep materials for finishing
- Sort and organize cabinet components
- Assist with cabinet assembly when needed
- Install cabinet hardware
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
- Assist with material handling and general shop duties
Qualifications
- Experience operating CNC equipment is an asset
- Forklift experience/certification is considered an asset
- Experience in cabinetry or woodworking preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move materials safely
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
