QUALIFICATIONS
The following are the principal qualifications for this position:
- Minimum post-secondary education a requirement
- Must be advance level is MS office Suite and Outlook
- Strong time management skills, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Excellent communicator, able to foster relationships with Homecare Staff and clients
- Ability to work independently and work effectively within a team environment
- Interest in continuous learning – high energy and focused
POSITION DUTIES
The following are the main responsibilities for this position:
- Meet with Homecare Manager weekly to set priorities, update on progress and suggest alternatives to stay on track
- Assist in Coordinating visits between Clients and field staff and learn role
- Assist with Coordination in handling complaints, no shows, vacation requests and sick time
- Support the day-to-day questions and concerns of our clients, calls to clients are returned within 3 hours
- Assist with sending work assignments
- Review applicant availability, credentials, and location to ensure the Homecare Staff is a good fit for the client
- Build and maintain rapport with Homecare Staff
- Ensure Homecare Staff information (Pay rate, email, phone number and address) is up to date in scheduling system
- Assist with the monitoring of technology platform to ensure PSW’s are on time, at their locations, and are actively and correctly using their software applications.
- Assist with the supervision, recruitment and orientation of field employees requested (assist with badges, starter kits, and document retrieval for office/accounting
- Assist with HPG monitoring, updating, investigating and billing
- Ensure each region has enough staff available in the event of a new urgent request for that region.
- Maintain open and clear communication with the rest of the HR team and Homecare department to ensure that tasks are completed seamlessly in a timely manner
- Assist with creating and updating procedures on tasks relating to duties of all positions
- Enforce and adhere to the codes of the company's Business Code of Conduct.
- Enforce and adhere to the codes of the company's Mission.
- Report unsafe working conditions
- Other duties as required
