Role Overview (Full-Time)
We are seeking a Pharmacist with holistic health or functional medicine expertise (or strong interest).
This role includes direct patient care (1:1 follow-ups) and holistic health coaching based on scientific evidence, and offers a high-learning environment for continuous professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 1:1 patient consultations for holistic health assessments, following WellVerve's structured protocol
- Analyze patient data, including medication and supplement reconciliation, while actively listening to patient needs and goals
- Deliver evidence-based holistic health coaching through ongoing patient follow-ups
Required Skills & Experience
- Licensed pharmacist or advanced scientific training
- Strong understanding of holistic health or functional medicine
- Critical thinking and ability to learn quickly
- Ability to review, synthesize, and interpret scientific literature
- Experience with data-driven healthcare decision-making is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Pharm.D. or Master’s degree or higher in QUEBEC
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across interdisciplinary teams
