Esthetician (Facials & Body Treatments) – Sales Experience Required
We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and sales-oriented Esthetician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about skincare, enjoys building relationships with clients, and is confident recommending treatments and products.
The successful candidate will primarily perform facial treatments and body contouring treatments using the ICE21 machine. While previous experience with body contouring is not required, we will provide full training on our ICE21 technology.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional facial treatments tailored to each client's needs.
- Perform body contouring treatments using the ICE21 machine (training provided).
- Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
- Educate clients on skincare and treatment options.
- Recommend and sell treatment packages and skincare products to help clients achieve their goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for every client.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment room in accordance with clinic standards.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and treatment techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience working as an Esthetician in a medical spa or aesthetic clinic.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, with confidence in recommending treatments and closing sales.
- Strong knowledge of facial treatments and skincare.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, friendly, and team-oriented attitude.
- Experience with body contouring treatments is an asset but not required—full training will be provided.
