HOURLY RATE- $18.00
Monday to Sunday: 9:00am to 8:00pm (4-5 shifts /week)
PART/FULL-TIME HOURS:

Shifts can run from 9:00am to 8:00pm with evenings and weekends required

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
As part of the Mountain Adventures team, you’ll help create unforgettable moments for guests as they explore our outdoor attractions. Your role is all about combining safety, confidence, and fun - from guiding guests through exciting activities to keeping our adventure areas running smoothly. You’ll be the friendly expert who ensures every experience is safe, welcoming, and packed with resort-style excitement!

Welcoming guests with energy and help them through orientation, prescreening and waivers - clearly explaining attraction rules and keeping the vibe upbeat and informative.

Directing guest traffic with confidence, helping everyone stay on track, and making sure the experience stays smooth, safe, and enjoyable.

Monitoring guest behavior and reinforcing safety rules in a friendly, approachable way - ensuring every adventure stays safe and memorable.

Maintaining visual contact with guests, offering coaching, tips, and positive energy as they take on the attractions.

Being ready to jump in. Assisting with rescue efforts when needed under the guidance of your supervisor or team lead - from verbal assists all the way to helping with physical evacuation.

Completing inspections of course elements and equipment to ensure everything is in great shape and ready for the next round of fun
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

Comfortable working at moderate heights up to 50 feet and working around water and boats.

Proven customer service experience and thrives in a dynamic team environment.

Previous recreational/resort experience and knowledge an asset.

Must be a professional, energetic, independent worker.

Must be comfortable working outdoors in hot/inclement weather
