% Arabica is part of what the industry calls “third wave” coffee, a movement in coffee marketing emphasizing high quality. Beans are typically sourced from individual farms and roasted to the optimum level to bring out their distinctive flavors. Shoji and % Arabica are steadfast in bringing this unique, exclusive coffee drinking experience to the entire world.
The location is currently opened in BC, Richmond Centre as we and are on the lookout for passionate individuals to join our wonderful group of hardworking, creative, and fun baristas.

Job Description:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages by adhering to company standards while also delivering exceptional customer service
- Maintain and handle all equipment
- Operate the POS (Point of Sales) system and accurately handle cash and credit card payments while following cash handling procedures
- Assist with clean-up workstations, set up, and restocking
- Maintain a safe work environment by following company standard operating procedures
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- Related experience in food and beverage industry (preferably as a barista and/or in a coffee shop) is an asset
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating a fun and safe environment
- Hands on experience with brewing equipment
- Able to create latte art
- Able to work flexible hours which may include mornings, afternoon, evenings, nights, weekends, and/or holidays
- Able to carry up to 50lbs
