Job Summary:
Macrodyne Technologies Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized ERP Data Entry Administrator to support the accuracy and integrity of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. This role is responsible for entering, maintaining, and validating critical business data that supports engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, inventory, production, and finance operations.
Working closely with multiple departments, the ERP Data Entry Administrator will ensure that system information is accurate, standardized, and up to date, enabling efficient business processes and reliable reporting. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Create, update, and maintain master data within the Total ETO ERP system, including parts, bills of materials (BOMs), routings, vendors, customers, inventory items, and other operational records.
· Enter and validate engineering changes, item revisions, and product information received from Engineering and Manufacturing.
· Review data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy before entering it into the ERP system.
· Support Purchasing by creating and maintaining supplier records, purchase-related data, and pricing information.
· Maintain inventory master records, warehouse locations, units of measure, and item classifications.
· Assist with production data entry, including work orders, job information, and manufacturing records.
· Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Finance, and other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
· Perform routine audits to identify and correct data discrepancies.
· Generate reports and perform data verification to support operational decision-making.
· Maintain electronic records and documentation in accordance with company standards.
· Support ERP system improvements, testing, and data migration activities as required.
· Assist with the development and maintenance of data entry procedures and best practices.
· Ensure confidentiality and security of company information while maintaining data integrity.
· Respond to internal requests for ERP data updates in a timely manner.
· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality and business processes.
Qualifications
· Diploma or post-secondary education in Business Administration, Office Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related discipline.
· Minimum 2 years of experience performing ERP or database data entry in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
· Experience working with ERP/MRP systems such as Total ETO, Epicor, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, JD Edwards, Infor, Syspro, or similar enterprise systems.
· Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.
· Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team.
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
