Lat55 Safety Inc. is a field-based medic and safety services provider delivering trusted, professional support to industrial and remote worksites across Western Canada. From on-site emergency medical services to proactive safety programs, our team helps clients operate safely and efficiently in high-risk environments. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and people-driven Field Sales Representative to help expand our presence in Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and beyond.
The Role:
We are seeking a driven Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will spend the majority of your time out in the field visiting worksites, meeting with supervisors, foremen, and field leaders. You’ll be the face of Lat55 Safety, responsible for building trust, nurturing long-term relationships, and showcasing how our services can directly support clients at the ground level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel regularly to client worksites and field locations to develop strong, lasting business relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for field leaders, supervisors, and site managers.
- Identify client needs and demonstrate how Lat55 Safety’s medic and safety services align with their operational goals.
- Provide timely follow-ups, service updates, and on-site support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
- Track and report on client interactions, opportunities, and market insights.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in field sales, account management, or business development (preferably within safety, industrial, or oil & gas sectors).
- The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record of customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain long lasting relationships with our clients.
- Comfortable working independently, spending the majority of time on-site with clients.
- A proactive, relationship-first approach to sales.
- Clean valid class 5 driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently to client sites.
