POSITION SUMMARY:
Architectural Asset Management
- Enhance, maintain, and organize product photography, renderings, architectural drawings, installation images, specifications, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Ensure digital assets are accurately categorized, updated, and easily accessible across departments.
- Coordinate asset requests from Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service teams.
- Support product launch asset creation and organization.
Content Creation & Design
- Design marketing collateral, presentations, brochures, advertisements, and digital content.
- Create content for engaging digital media, website, and email marketing assets.
- Assist with product storytelling through visual and written content.
- Ensure all materials align with brand standards and guidelines.
Photography & Visual Content
- Commission, coordinate and execute product photography and lifestyle photography projects.
- Edit and retouch images for digital and print applications.
- Assist with photo shoots, styling, image selection, and asset preparation.
- Manage photography archives and visual content libraries.
AI & Creative Technology
- Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation, image generation, copywriting, and workflow efficiency.
- Research emerging AI technologies and recommend opportunities for implementation.
- Support the development of AI-assisted marketing and creative processes.
Marketing Support
- Support website content updates and digital marketing initiatives.
- Track and maintain creative project timelines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop creative solutions that support business objectives.
- Assist with trade shows, events, product launches, and promotional.
QUALIFICATION & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communications, Photography, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in content creation, graphic design, marketing coordination, or digital asset management.
- Experience working with product-based, architectural, lighting, interior design, or manufacturing companies is an asset.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with Canva and presentation design.
- Knowledge of photography, photo editing, and digital asset management.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content and image generation.
- Basic video editing skills are considered an asset.
- Strong visual design and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new technologies and creative tools
