About the Role
We’re looking for a driven, self-motivated Business Development Representative to help generate new opportunities and grow our client base.
This is a commission-based role designed for individuals who are confident in their ability to create conversations, build relationships, and generate business.
You will be supported with:
- A fully integrated CRM system (all emails + activity tracked automatically)
- Strategic product presentation tools
- Weekly 1:1 coaching and support
- Fast proposal turnaround (24 hours)
Your role is to open doors and create opportunities — we support you in closing and executing deals.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospecting and reaching out to potential clients (email, LinkedIn, calls)
- Building relationships with decision-makers
- Generating and qualifying new business opportunities
- Managing your pipeline through our CRM system
- Booking meetings and creating interest in our services

Sales experience is an asset, but not required.
Compensation
This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential.
- Commission is paid on closed and paid orders
