Medical Centre / Pharmacy in Orleans looking for: Professional, reliable “Bookkeeper” with strong knowledge of accounting and QuickBooks, HST, WSIB, payroll submission and source deduction, AP and AR, and Bank and credit card reconciliations. Duties may also will include some office management and staff management responsibilities.
This will be a regular part-time contract position. Reliability and Confidentiality a must. Salary to be negotiated and will be reviewed.
Qualifications:
- Trustworthy and ethical and tactful with a focus on security and confidentiality;
- Proficient in QuickBooks
- Familiar with Ceridian Payroll Processing
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills;
- In-depth working knowledge of computer software including MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Work independently with minimal supervision;
- Professional and courteous communication skills;
- Attention to detail with documents, reporting, schedules, filing, etc;
- Passion to grow professionally and contribute to company growth;
- Long term commitment to the position;
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail
- Excellent team, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
- Ability to type 40 wpm;
- Bilingual English-French is an asset.
