Salary: $60,000 per year (starting salary)
Job Type: Full-time
Monday - Friday 7:30am to 5pm
Saturdays 8am to 12pm
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, logistics, material handling, purchasing, and staff while ensuring efficient branch operations and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage branch operations on a day-to-day basis.
- Lead, supervise, and support branch staff.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive sales growth.
- Coordinate logistics and material movement to ensure efficient operations.
- Manage material purchasing and inventory levels.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and distribution of materials.
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Monitor branch performance and implement improvements where needed.
- Assist with problem-solving and decision-making related to branch operations.
Requirements
- Forklift operating experience (required).
- Experience and knowledge within the construction industry (required).
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Experience with inventory management, purchasing, and logistics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
