We're looking for an experienced automotive professional who is ready to take the next step in their career.
This is not just another front-counter position. We're looking for someone who wants to help lead a well-established, fast-paced automotive repair shop known for exceptional customer service, honesty, and quality workmanship.

What You'll Do
- Assist in the day-to-day management of the shop.
- Write estimates and sell repairs with honesty and integrity.
- Coordinate workflow between service advisors, technicians, and parts suppliers.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and confidently.
- Support hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Help maintain a productive, positive shop culture.
- Help monitor and maintain inventory.
- Monitor shop performance and help achieve productivity and profitability goals.
- Step into a leadership role when ownership is away.
- Ensure every customer receives an outstanding experience.
What We're Looking ForRequired Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive repair industry.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Shop Foreman, Assistant Manager, or Manager.
- Strong understanding of automotive repair procedures and maintenance services.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable making decisions independently.

What We Offer
- Competitive wage of $30–$35 per hour, based on experience.
