Duties
- Greet clients warmly at the front desk and assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and scheduling appointments
- Perform basic hair styling services as needed, ensuring client satisfaction
- Maintain sanitation standards throughout the salon, including cleaning stations and tools
- Upsell products and additional services to enhance client experience and salon revenue
- Assist with retail sales by recommending products suited to clients’ needs
- Manage front desk operations, including handling payments and booking appointments
- Support team members in daily salon operations to ensure smooth workflow
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of hair styling techniques is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Understanding of sanitation protocols within a salon environment
- Ability to upsell products and services effectively while maintaining professionalism
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members
- Previous experience in retail sales or front desk roles is advantageous
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting and stay organized
