We're a fast-growing team with two Vancouver locations, and we're looking for a part-time Client Care Specialist to help keep things running seamlessly at both clinics.
What You'll Be Doing
Patient Experience
- Greet and check in patients, delivering friendly, high-quality service at every interaction
- Coordinate communication between clients and the clinical team
- Manage appointments, billing, and collections in Jane App, including direct billing for ICBC, WSBC, MSP, and private insurers
Clinic Space
- Keep the clinic exterior clean, organized, and clear
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming clinic environment across the front desk, waiting area, treatment rooms, and exercise space
- Keep products stocked and organized; sort, wash, and fold linens
Operations
- Complete start-of-day and end-of-day checklists
- Handle email management and walk-in procedures
- Track coverage for insurance claims
- Support clinic and therapist marketing efforts
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
- Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a busy environment
- Comfortable working independently
- Experience in a physiotherapy clinic and familiarity with Jane App, ICBC, WSBC, MSP, or private insurers is an asset
- A second language is an asset, but not required
