The Money Builders is building Endgame by Design, a specialized program that helps Canadian business owners understand, protect, and increase the value of the businesses they have spent years building.
We are looking for a warm, organized, confident and naturally curious person to join us as our first Marketing & Client Success Coordinator.
This position will begin at approximately 10 hours per week. As our business and client base grow, we believe it has the potential to develop into a larger and eventually full-time role.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than a short-term assignment. We are looking for a person who would be excited to help us build the systems, campaigns and client experience of a growing organization.
The purpose of the role
Your primary responsibility will be to help business owners move smoothly from their first interaction with Endgame by Design to a scheduled consultation with our team.
You will help us execute marketing campaigns, follow up with prospective clients, coordinate assessments, schedule appointments and ensure that every business owner receives a professional and welcoming experience.
What you will be doingProspect and appointment follow-up
- Contact business owners by telephone and email.
- Introduce the purpose of Endgame by Design in a warm and professional manner.
- Confirm that prospective clients are business owners and determine their interest in learning more.
- Schedule qualified appointments for our advisory team.
- Confirm appointments and follow up when appointments need to be rescheduled.
- Maintain consistent and respectful follow-up without using high-pressure sales tactics.
Assessment coordination
- Send assessments and supporting information to prospective clients.
- Monitor whether assessments have been started and completed.
- Follow up with business owners who require assistance or reminders.
- Ensure completed information is properly organized before client meetings.
- Help prospects understand the next step in the process.
Marketing coordination
- Help set up and schedule LinkedIn posts.
- Assist with LinkedIn outreach and follow-up campaigns.
- Prepare and schedule email campaigns.
- Help organize marketing lists, documents and campaign materials.
- Format or upload approved content.
- Track campaign activity and responses.
- Help ensure that marketing commitments are completed on schedule.
Client success and administration
- Maintain accurate CRM and prospect records.
- Keep notes and follow-up activities current.
- Help manage calendars and appointment details.
- Prepare simple weekly activity reports.
- Identify situations where a prospect or client may need additional attention.
- Help us create an organized, professional and caring client experience.

What this position is not
This is not a high-pressure telemarketing position.
We are not looking for someone to read an aggressive script or push people into appointments that do not make sense for them.
We are looking for someone who can have natural conversations, listen carefully, follow up consistently and help qualified business owners take an appropriate next step.
Hours and availability
The position will begin at approximately 10 hours per week.
Some of the hours will need to occur during normal Canadian business hours because the role includes calling business owners and booking appointments. There may be flexibility around when marketing and administrative work is completed.
The position is remote, but applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
Compensation
$25–$30 per hour, depending on relevant experience and demonstrated ability.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Manage and optimize Facebook Advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform marketing strategies.
- Utilize SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic using Google Analytics to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage content creation using Adobe Creative Suite, including graphics, videos, and blog posts.
- Maintain and update the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is current and engaging.
- Implement product management strategies to support new product launches or updates.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns, segment mailing lists, and track engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and client success initiatives.
- Track budgets for marketing campaigns and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Support client success efforts by maintaining strong communication channels, addressing client inquiries, and fostering positive relationships.
Skills
- Proven experience with digital marketing tools such as Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, research methodologies, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for content creation.
- Knowledge of WordPress platform management and basic HTML coding skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and product management processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content for various audiences.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in budgeting for marketing initiatives is a plus.
