Job Description:
The SEQEX PEMF / Red Light Therapy Technician supports the delivery of non-invasive wellness treatments, including Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy and Red Light therapy. The role includes conducting Ion Cyclotron Resonance (ICR) assessments to help tailor PEMF sessions to individual client needs. Working within a multidisciplinary clinic, the technician ensures safe, effective, and client-centered treatment delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate SEQEX PEMF and red light therapy equipment
- Conduct ICR assessments to support individualized treatment protocols
- Guide clients through sessions and provide clear instructions
- Monitor client comfort and communicate any concerns to clinical staff
- Maintain accurate treatment records and session logs
- Clean and maintain equipment and treatment areas
- Support clinic flow, scheduling, and client experience

Education / Experience:
- High school diploma required
- Post-secondary education in health sciences or related field is an asset
- Training on SEQEX systems and ICR testing will be provided
Working Conditions:

Position Subject to funding through the Student Work Placement Program (SWPP). To be eligible, the candidate must meet the following criteria:
- Enrolled as a full-time or part-time student and have started your term at a Canadian post-secondary education institution. Including CEGEP, College, undergrad, Masters, PhD or post-graduate students. Students can be registered in STEM, healthcare, business and all other programs.
- A Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or persons to whom refugee protection has been conferred and legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial or territorial legislation and regulations
- Studying in fields related to science, technology, engineering, mathematics (STEM), business and/ or any other program
Pay: $20.00 per hour
