We only bring on individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working efficiently with minimal supervision.
What You'll Do
- Operate pressure washers, blowers, rollers, and sealer sprayers
- Prepare, wash, crack-fill, and seal residential driveways
- Follow a clear, step-by-step system to deliver high-quality finishes
- Collaborate with a small team to complete jobs on time
- Represent the company with professionalism on-site
We’re Looking For People Who:
- Have hands-on experience in outdoor labour (required)
- Can work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Are punctual, organized, and quick to adapt to on-site changes
- Understand the value of high standards and team accountability
- Are comfortable lifting, bending, and moving equipment throughout the day
Pay & Perks
- $20–$23 per hour based on experience and skill
- Seasonal, full-time hours from May through October
- Performance bonuses and room for advancement

Preferred Experience:
- Driveway sealing or pressure washing
- Landscaping or exterior painting
- Epoxy or other hands-on construction trades
- Valid driver’s license (strong asset)
