Full Time Landscape/Construction Supervisor Position Available - Seasonal
Our company is looking to add a team member to our seasonal landscaping/construction and snow removal crew. The optimal applicant is one who has multiple years of landscaping and hardscapes experience, with an increased likelihood of hiring for those who have A, 3, G driving license/endorsements. An Air brake endorsement (A) will be required to achieve within the first 3 - 6 months of hiring if not already achieved.
This position would require the individual to be capable of having a variation of the following skill-sets;
general construction knowledge, general knowledge of construction tools and methods of use, small engine maintenance and use, hardscaping and softscaping material and installation knowledge, irrigation install, plant material care and install, skid steer operation, safe driving and trailer towing, safe workplace practices.
This position will also require the applicant to be able bodied, capable of carrying 50 lbs, have suitable gear for a construction site, and availability to work overtime hours each day (avg 10 hrs Summer 5 days a week - Winter - on call for trucking & skid steer clearing).
Applicants must have a valid driver's license.
Previous work experience in landscaping or construction work is an asset and will be given higher consideration.
Potential salary will be determined based on previous experience and current skill set applicable to this position.

- Oversee execution and completion of landscape construction projects
- lead a small team of fellow employee's and offer coordination & supervision of tasks
- haul materials/machinery/tools to job site
- communicate efficiently with management to ensure crew needs are met
- demonstrate quality assurance on the job site for yourself and your crew
- follow company safety standards and procedures
- Allow supervised employees to shadow & gain valuable skills through your instruction/demonstration

Pay: $29.00-$35.00 per hour
