Position Overview
We are hiring an experienced, hands-on construction worker who is comfortable completing a variety of tasks.
This is not a single-trade position. The right candidate will have experience across several areas of construction and be able to work independently without constant supervision.
Projects may include complete suite renovations, commercial repairs, flooring, drywall, painting, carpentry, exterior repairs, modular trailer work, and general building maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Complete residential and commercial renovation work
- Perform demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, painting, and finishing
- Install doors, trim, cabinets, hardware, and fixtures
- Complete apartment turnovers and general property repairs
- Assist with exterior repairs, siding, formwork, and modular buildings
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Work professionally with team members, subcontractors, and clients
Requirements
- At least 3 years of construction or renovation experience
- Experience in multiple areas of construction
- Able to work independently and solve problems on site
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
- Physically capable of performing construction work
- Basic hand tools are preferred
