We are seeking an experienced Line Cook who will play an active role in delivering consistently high-quality dishes while contributing to a well-organized and respectful kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute menu items, including Mexican-inspired and pub-style dishes, with consistency and attention to presentation
- Contribute to recipe development and menu innovation through thoughtful ingredient use and flavour combinations
- Maintain efficiency and composure during high-volume service periods
- Uphold cleanliness and organization across all kitchen stations, prep areas, and storage spaces
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests
- Support daily prep, inventory monitoring, and restocking of ingredients
- Work collaboratively with kitchen team members to ensure smooth and timely service
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas at the end of each shift
Qualifications
- Ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00-$32.00 per hour
