As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Part Time Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in our Meridian Pharmacy and help us deliver the Mint experience — thoughtful service, strong collaboration, and care that puts people first.

The Role: What You’ll Do
As our Pharmacy Assistant, you will play an important part in supporting Mint’s commitment to exceptional service, operational excellence, and a positive experience for patients, customers, and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Prescription Processing: Receive, input, and fill prescriptions, including counting, measuring, and packaging medication under supervision.
- Customer Service: Greet patients, manage phone inquiries, and process payments or insurance claims.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and remove expired products from shelves.
- Administrative Support: Maintain electronic health records ( Kroll ), organize prescription files, and assist with general pharmacy cleanliness.
What You Bring to the Team
We are looking for someone who brings the right mix of experience, professionalism, initiative, and care.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in reading prescriptions and labeling products.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication for patient interactions.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills. Experience with electronic health records and pharmacy software (experience with Kroll is a strong asset).with knowledge of software like Kroll being an asset.
- Education/Experience: Minimum of one ( 1 ) year experience
- Background Checks: A clear Criminal Record Check is mandatory.
