Summary We are looking for an experienced interior railing installer for contract work in Calgary. This is not a training position. You need to arrive on site, read the space, and get it done right without supervision. We pay the highest rates of any railing company in Calgary — for installers who earn it.
Responsibilities
- Install wood handrail and baluster systems, metal spindles, wood framing for glass rail, and setup for glass and metal railing systems
- Measure and cut materials precisely — your cuts don't need wood filler
- Work independently on site without supervision
- Leave the job site clean — it's not the painter's job or the client's job to fix your work
- Communicate clearly on scheduling and job progress
Qualifications
- Proven experience with interior railing installation
- Able to work out compound angles independently
- Can visualize how a system goes together before the first cut
- Own tools, own vehicle
- Valid WCB coverage and liability insurance — required, not optional
- Valid driver's license
