Fitness Club Manager (Sales & Operations)

Gold’s Gym BC is hiring a full-time Fitness Club Manager to lead sales, operations, and team performance at our Port Coquitlam location. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced gym manager, fitness manager, or sales manager looking to grow with a globally recognized fitness brand.
Wage
$55,000 – $70,000 per year + performance-based bonuses
(Compensation based on experience and qualifications)
Key Responsibilities
- Support Sales Manager and Ownership in driving club performance, revenue growth, and member retention
- Lead, coach, and develop a growing team from front desk to sales.
- Oversee member experience and club functions.
- Oversee daily gym operations, including staffing, scheduling, and payroll
- Deliver exceptional customer service and member experience
- Work directly with Personal Training department to drive Sales and build class attendance.
- Execute marketing initiatives, community outreach, and club events
- Collaborate with other club leaders to grow business and community awareness.
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in a manager or supervisor role.
- Proven success in sales, revenue growth, and team leadership
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs, budgeting, and business operations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced fitness, retail, or hospitality environment
- Experience in a health club, gym, or wellness setting preferred
- Post-secondary education in business, fitness, or related field is an asset
