Your Role:
As a Carpentry Crewman, you'll work closely with the Carpentry Crew Lead to support the successful installation of building and installing walls, floors, and roof systems, and more. You'll be responsible for:
- Framing Installation: Install framing components, including walls, floors, and roofs. Measure, cut, and fit lumber, studs, beams, and other framing materials according to blueprints and project specifications. Load, unload, and transport framing materials to and from the job site as needed. Prepare and assemble materials before installation begins, ensuring everything is ready for the crew.
- Equipment & Tools: Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment needed for framing, including saws, drills and nail guns.
- Site Safety & Cleanliness: Follow safety procedures, wear required PPE, and keep the job site clean and organized.
- Team Support: Assist with material handling, site prep, and other tasks as directed by the crew lead.

- Experienced: You have hands-on experience working in Carpentry or construction and can hit the ground running.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in construction or Carpentry work is an asset
- Minimum 1 – 2 years of Carpentry or construction experience (required)
- Basic knowledge of Carpentry techniques, tools and equipment used in the construction industry, and safety practices
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet quality standards
- Ability to work independently and take direction from supervisors
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Criminal Record Check and background screening
Hours:
- Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed.
