MUST HAVE PREVIOUS PHYSIOTHERAPY CLINIC ADMIN AND MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE!
PhysioDNA is seeking a full-time Clinic Manager & Lead Administrator to be part of our dynamic team. Seeking a high energy individual with a MUST HAVE background working in a multi-disciplinary clinic. We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service and communication that can facilitate growth and development within our clinic and manage day to day duties. A background in Physiotherapy and/or sales is an asset!
Be available 40 hours a week - flexible scheduling most days and Saturday mornings.
- Greet and register patients in a welcoming manner, respond to email inquiries, telephone reception, schedule appointments, patient billing, open and close procedures, and general administrative support.
- Maintains patient accounts by maintaining, updating and recording personal and financial information.
- Work well in a team environment and individually; excellent interpersonal skills
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of the reception area and examination rooms; escort patients to treatment rooms; flexible to assist in all areas within the clinic
- Procurement of supplies and replenishing supplies.
- Reach out to local businesses for lunch and learns and community partnerships

- Be comfortable performing financial transactions; taking payments for services and products
- Facilitate weekly and monthly team meetings and 1 on 1 strategy planning with therapists
- Maintaining a strong presence in the clinic, mentor and develop potential leaders within the team for the benefit of future growth of the organization.
- Ability to foster relationships and partnerships within the community, plan community events and seek out corporate contracts
Experience:
- Strong computer skills, experience with EMR (Jane App), basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience in Direct billing software - Telus Health eClaims, HCAI etc.
- Must have previous knowledge and experience within a multi-disciplinary clinic
- Knowledge of standard physiotherapy, chiropractic and massage terminology.
- Excellent knowledge of health care and office practices, procedures and standards preferred
- EXCELLENT phone and communication experience in a multi-disciplinary clinic.
Although administrative skills will be an asset, there will be minimal admin work as we have admin support. This role is specifically for someone looking for an opportunity to use their knowledge of healthcare management to steer the development of our clinics and support the growth of our team members!

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
