Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, develop individualized treatment plans, and assist patients in improving mobility and managing pain. Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ physical conditions through detailed examinations and medical histories
- Develop personalized treatment plans aimed at restoring movement, reducing pain, and improving overall function
- Implement therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, exercises, and modalities
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, health maintenance, and recovery techniques
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Stay current with the latest physiotherapy practices, techniques, and industry standards
Requirements
- Valid license or certification as a Physiotherapist in the relevant jurisdiction
- Prior hospital experience preferred, especially in acute care settings
- Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
- Strong knowledge of patient care principles and medical terminology
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to assess complex cases accurately and develop effective treatment strategies
- Compassionate approach with a commitment to improving patient outcomes
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
Pay: $80,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
