Overview
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Handyman Carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various trades, including carpentry, framing, drywall, flooring, and general construction. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on diverse projects, from restoration and siding to cabinetry and flooring installation. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing detailed tasks with precision, utilizing a wide range of tools and techniques to ensure quality craftsmanship across multiple disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Install cabinetry, flooring, tiles, siding, and other building components
- Conduct restoration projects including surface repairs and finishing touches
- Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with construction painting, caulking, siding installation, and general finishing tasks
- Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks in various environments
- Maintain a clean and organized work site while adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction trades such as carpentry, or general contracting
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and specialized equipment
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy lifting and working at heights or in confined spaces
- Experience with restoration work or woodworking is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to different project requirements
- Valid driver’s license required

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
