Your Responsibilities:
-
Perform daily routine analytical work within the laboratory, supporting mine-mill operations while adhering to all safety protocols
-
Prepare geological and mill samples using crushers and pulverizers in accordance with established procedures
-
Accurately weigh samples for analysis and ensure traceability
-
Learn and support fire assay methods for gold analysis, involving high-temperature sample processing
-
Work safely while wearing personal protective equipment, including a half-mask respirator for extended periods
What We’re Looking For:

Ontario Secondary School Diploma (minimum)
-
Experience in a Mining Assay Lab or industrial setting (asset)
-
Respirator certification or previous use (asset)
-
Strong communication skills
-
Mechanical and technical aptitude
-
Willingness to learn and contribute to a team-focused environment

This position takes place in a controlled lab where designated substances like lead and silica are present. Due to industrial hygiene protocols, pregnant individuals cannot work in the Assay Lab.
