Position: Experienced Sales Representative
What We’re Looking For
Proven Sales Ability
You have experience in commissioned sales and confidence presenting solutions in customers’ homes.
Strong Communication Skills
You build trust quickly, listen well, and guide homeowners toward the best options for their needs.
Self-Motivation & Drive
You’re goal-oriented, organized, and able to manage your own schedule effectively.
Adaptability
Flexibility is essential. Customer availability often includes evenings and weekends.
Valid Driver’s License
Travel within the GTA and surrounding area is required.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified leads
- Assess customer needs and recommend tailored window and door solutions
- Prepare accurate quotes and explain product benefits clearly
- Maintain detailed records of appointments and outcomes in our CRM
- Represent the company professionally at all times
- Follow up with clients to ensure a smooth path to installation
