Job Overview
Tsingbei Education Group is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable AP Tutor to support K–12 students in academic learning and skill development. The ideal candidate is passionate about education, communicates effectively with students and families, and is able to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and small group academic support for K–12 students in AP Psychology, Economics, Statistics.
- Reinforce learning concepts, homework completion, study strategies, and academic skills
- Monitor student progress and communicate updates with the education team
- Support the development and execution of individualized student learning plans
- Adapt teaching materials and instructional approaches based on student needs
- Collaborate with colleagues in a professional and team-oriented environment
- Assist with educational coordination and administrative support as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Degree in Psychology, Economics, Statistics preferred
- Previous tutoring, teaching, or educational support experience preferred
- Experience working with K–12 students is an asset
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Patient, positive, and enthusiastic about student learning
Preferred Skills
- Experience with inquiry-based or project-based learning approaches
- Ability to support students with different learning styles and academic needs
Schedule
Flexible schedule available based on student and program needs.
Pay: $28.00-$45.00 per hour
