Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding and interest
- Manage merchandising displays and ensure product availability on the sales floor
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organized and attractive product displays to attract customer attention
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and team members
- Manage time effectively to meet sales targets and complete daily tasks efficiently
Skills
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively
- Previous experience in technology sales or retail sales is preferred, especially involving product demos and technical explanations
- Bilingual proficiency in English and additional languages is a plus for broader customer engagement
- Strong merchandising skills with knowledge of POS systems and basic math for transactions
- Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and effective communication abilities
- Proven ability in upselling, cross-selling, and achieving sales goals
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in cashiering, cash handling, and retail operations is advantageous
- Ability to demonstrate technical products confidently and clearly during demos or presentations
