✨ Role Overview:
The Quality Assurance Coordinator role ensures that quality standards and regulatory requirements related to training, licensing and calibrated tools are being met in accordance with internal policies and applicable government legislations.
This role is responsible for overseeing documentation, monitoring license expiration and ensuring calibrated tools remain compliant with the Maintenance Control Manual (MCM) and Maintenance Policy Manual (MPM). In addition, this position supports internal and external audits and inspections.
️ What You’ll Do:
- Establish and maintain a database for training requirements.
- Track Aircraft Certification Authority (ACA) and Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) Licenses’ expiry dates.
- Maintain Technical Library ensuring that publications are current and up to date.
- Initiate subscription, renewals, and purchase orders.
- Maintain password vault to access online publications.
- Oversee that Tools & Equipment Calibrations are current ensuring that the tracking system is updated to reflect the status of each tool.
- Assist in carrying out Random Aircraft inspections during maintenance and review of paperwork for completeness.
- Support internal and external audits with required documentation.
- All other duties as assigned.
