We are seeking an experienced Commercial Cleaning Consultant & Mentor to join our team. Duties
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to new and existing cleaning staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety protocols

- Conduct training sessions on proper custodial techniques, equipment use, and safety measures
- Perform quality inspections to ensure cleaning standards are consistently met or exceeded
- Assist in planning and coordinating cleaning schedules for multiple client sites
- Offer consultation services to clients regarding cleaning needs, supplies, and maintenance strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to continuously improve service delivery
- Promote a culture of professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail within the team
